We use an online scheduling system so you can see available days and times and book directly. Once you’re enrolled, you’ll work with your educator to choose a regular weekly rhythm that fits your family, with some flexibility for things like travel or illness.

We ask for advance notice when you need to reschedule so your educator can adjust plans and offer that time to another family. Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations may be forfeited depending on timing. Full details live in our Terms & Conditions, and we’ll walk through them during your Meet & Greet.

Most sessions happen in your home or a nearby community space your child knows well, such as a park or library. We’ll talk together about what feels safest and most comfortable for your child and family.

Payments are handled securely online at the time of registration or on a set billing schedule for subscriptions. You’ll see clear pricing before you check out, and you can view past payments and receipts through your client portal.

If something about the match isn’t feeling quite right, we want to hear about it. Whenever possible, we’ll work with you to adjust the plan, support the current match, or explore a switch to another educator based on availability and your child’s needs.
